Import from Google or Facebook

Aqeris can pre-fill a business profile from an account the owner already manages, including Free Listing accounts. Open Import business profile, connect Google Business Profile or Facebook/Meta, choose the location or Page, then review a preview before anything is written to Aqeris.

Google import can bring across available business name, description, phone, website, category, structured address/location, opening hours and service items. Facebook/Meta import can bring available Page name, description, contact details, website, location, hours, Page image and linked Instagram identity. Availability depends on what the provider returns and what permissions the business owner grants. Imported opening hours can be shown publicly, while imported services stay non-bookable until a paid-plan owner has reviewed their Aqeris duration/availability settings and explicitly enables booking.

Aqeris never treats provider data as an automatic overwrite: the owner selects the fields to import. OAuth tokens are encrypted, connection/import/disconnect actions are audited, and disconnecting keeps the Aqeris data already approved by the owner. The integrations use provider-authorised APIs rather than scraping public Google/Facebook pages.
