Virtual mailbox
Each business gets an alias such as yourname@mail.aqeris.com. Inbound mail to the platform catch-all is imported (filesystem drop or IMAP), matched to the business and threaded into the inbox. Outbound mail is queued and sent via Symfony Mailer when installed, with a safe file-based fallback.
