Yes — services have a capacity and bookings carry a party size, so group bookings consume the right number of places.
Can I block out holidays?
Yes. Availability blocks close whole days or date ranges for the business or a single service, and staff time off is respected automatically.
Do services need fixed prices?
No. Products and services can show a price, or be marked “price on application” and quoted after a basket submission.
Which plan can take customer card payments?
Integrated customer card payments are a Scale capability. Launch and Growth can still manage bookings, quotes and invoices while payment is arranged outside Aqeris.
Can customers use Aqeris on mobile?
Yes. The native mobile app supports discovery, bookings, Wallet/loyalty, messages and account tools. Team members can switch into permission-scoped Work mode.
