What we collect

Account details (name, email), business content you publish, booking and billing records you create, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service. Customer personal data is encrypted at rest.

How we use it

To provide the platform, send transactional email (bookings, quotes, invoices, reminders), keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Access, export, rectification and erasure requests can be raised from your account or via the contact page and are tracked as GDPR requests with statutory deadlines.

Retention & security

Data is retained while your account is active and for as long as law requires afterwards. We use encryption at rest for personal data, audit logging, and two-factor authentication.
