Acceptable use policy

Purpose

This policy sets out what you may not publish or do using Aqeris. It applies to every business, user and piece of content on the platform, and forms part of your Terms & Conditions.

Prohibited content

You must not upload, publish or transmit content that: infringes any third party's copyright, trade mark, database or other intellectual property rights; is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or fraudulent; contains malware; or breaches privacy or data-protection law. You are solely responsible for content you supply.

Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the platform to send spam, harvest data, circumvent security or usage limits, impersonate others, or interfere with other businesses on the platform.

Enforcement

Where content or conduct breaches this policy, Aqeris may remove or disable access to the content, suspend or terminate the account, and where required cooperate with rights holders or authorities. We aim to act proportionately and, for intellectual property complaints, follow the process on our Copyright & IP page.
