Bookings & availability
Availability is calculated from staff working hours, approved time off, availability blocks (holidays/closures), resource blocks and existing bookings.
Services choose a slot mode: minute intervals, hourly, AM/PM half days, or full days. Buffers before/after appointments and per-service capacity with party sizes are enforced when slots are generated and again at submission time.
